Our vision at Campus Homes began in 2004 as a way to revolutionize the student living experience. We believe in a new standard that puts students and their needs first. Campus Homes is comprised of a team of experienced managers, consultants, realtors, and builders who serve our clients in all areas of student housing. Our inclusive, in-house operation makes Campus Homes a jack of all trades when it comes to student leasing, management, maintenance and remodeling, and investment real estate.
Student Leaders are the hub of the Campus Homes Team. They keep our residents and team informed on university events.
Britney is the COO at Campus Homes and is responsible for overseeing the Campus Homes Team. Her priorities remain focused on tenant satisfaction and retention, as well as team growth and advancement.
Britney is originally from La Grange, Texas. When she isn’t responding to “Mommy”, her favorite job title, she enjoys an awesome workout. Britney is also a certified fitness instructor and teaches PiYo, HIIT and Pound classes. She has been married to Brandon for 4 years and enjoys being active with her 3 year old daughter, 1 year old son and their 2 dogs.
Lauren is a Marketing Assistant for Campus Homes and is in charge of managing all social media platforms and keeping tenants involved in campus life. She updates the website regularly and is one of the creative minds behind their marketing and tenant activities.
Lauren moved to the BCS area from Arlington, Texas at the age of 4. She is currently attending Texas A&M studying Communications and Journalism and is a proud member of the National Honor Society. Lauren is a fan of scary movies and a self-professed Pinterest DIY-er. She also enjoys yoga and spending time with her two fur babies, Pit Boxer (Rocky) and Chihuahua (Ella).
As the Strategic Manager and CEO of Campus Homes, Brandon oversees the company’s growth and business planning. With a background in real estate and residential investments, Brandon works to network and create opportunities for Campus Homes to expand. Brandon possesses a broker license and holds an Ag Economics degree from Texas A&M.
Brandon hails originally from La Grange, Texas and spends his free time with his wife and two children and dog and enjoys traveling, fishing, golf, watching sports and dabbling in architectural design.
Elizabeth is the Financial Manager at Campus Homes and is responsible for overseeing all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts, invoicing, billing and reporting.
Prior to joining Campus Homes, Elizabeth was as an Injury Adjuster for USAA, but sought out an environment that allowed her more customer interaction and fulfillment. Prior to her work with USAA, Elizabeth was the Catering and Convention Service Manager for Hyatt. She holds a Business Management degree from the University of Kentucky and received her MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Elizabeth is originally from Spring Lake, Michigan and loves to spend time with her family, husband Casey and their dog, Jack. Her hobbies include decorating and shopping.
Alex is the leasing manager and part-owner of Campus Homes. He oversees all the properties and their marketing efforts for the upcoming year. He is motivated by great customer service and satisfaction of tenants and property owners.
Alex graduated from Texas A&M and is formally from La Grange, Texas. He is also a scotch enthusiast and traveler outside of work.
Matt Haplain & Morgan Shaw
As the Maintenance Manager of Campus Homes, Matt oversees the construction, maintenance and renovations of Campus Homes properties. Matt and his team are sure to be reliable and guarantee quick responses and action for their tenants regarding any issues
Matt has over 20 years of experience in numerous construction roles and is a decorated Eagle Scout originally from La Grange. As a Texas A&M Former Student, Matt is an avid Aggie sports fan and spending his free time fishing, golfing, bowling and spending time with his wife/husband and their pet cat and rabbit.
